Due to the excellent physical properties of the raw material and the attention that is given during the various stages of processing, we are able to manufacture excellent semi-finished ash wood products for the production of window frames and doors, external and internal. We can provide the above-mentioned semi-finished products, in different sizes, according to requirements, as we have significant amounts of ash wood planks with a thickness of up to 100 mm.
This can also be seen in the documentation issued by “Catas di S. Giovanni al Natisone“, ash is a wood that presents physical characteristics, such as resistance to bending and compression, that are better than other wood such as oak and pine which are usually considered more suitable for this type of production.
With regards to doors and window frames, we also produce laminated wood in 3-4 layers according to specific customer requirements with regard to size and type (DKD – KKK). As a confirmation of our flexibility, and availability to the customer, we supply the material with the exact measurements required so that there is no unnecessary wood waste and consequently additional costs. The material is also available in other wood species including European chestnut and oak.
